The Kenyon Public Library will be CLOSED Monday, May 27, for Memorial Day.
Summer Reading Program 2013–”Dig into Reading”
Children will explore plants and animals that live and grow underground. They will also plant seeds, grow grassheads, dig for fossils, learn how to dinosaur stomp and so many more fun and dirt-y activities.
Summer Reading will be held each Thursday and Friday in June at 10:30 a.m. This free program is open to all children preschool through 4th grade.
Registration begins May 10th! To register or for more information, call the Kenyon Public Library at (507)-789-6821 and ask for Barb.
New Hours!
The Kenyon Public Library is open the FIRST Saturday of the month from 10 am to 12 pm. Weekday hours have remained the same.
Preschool Story Time
Join us on Friday mornings for Story Time! All children are welcome! Story Time begins at 10:30 am and lasts about one hour. Click on the “Events” tab for more information.
Adult Book Groups
We have two adult book groups that meet monthly in the library. One group meets the last Monday of the month at 1:30 pm and the other group meets the last Thursday of the month at 5:30 pm. For more information click on the “Events” tab.
